Impact Services expands its leadership team with new COO and CFO to strengthen infrastructure and drive growth.

Impact Services, is pleased to announce Ifeoma Ugorji as chief operating officer (COO) and Richonda Pelzer as chief financial officer (CFO) effective immediately.
The addition of these senior leadership positions will allow Impact to align its resources, people, and operations with the needs of our community and support the organization's continued growth.
Ifeoma Ugorji joined Impact as director of operations in 2023. Over the past 18 months, she has improved operational efficiency, reduced redundancies, and enhanced company culture. In her new role as COO, Ugorji will oversee all operational aspects of Impact focusing on efficiency, partnerships, and teamwork.
“Ifeoma’s leadership will play a crucial role in enhancing our infrastructure to foster significant growth for Impact and our community,” said Casey O’Donnell, CEO of Impact. “She will focus on advancing our goals and strategies to ensure we continue to grow and provide value to our community, vendors, and team.”
Ugorji has more than two decades of experience in leadership positions focused on project management and process improvement. She spent more than half of her career working in non-profit organizations dedicated to improving health and literacy for children.
Richonda Pelzer is joining Impact as its new CFO. Pelzer has more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, project management, and human capital.
Previously, she served as chief financial officer for nonprofits at CliftonLarsonAllen, where she advised clients to optimize the performance of their organizational assets through cost containment, revenue diversification, sustainability, acquisition, or restructuring.
As CFO at Impact, Richonda will direct the organization’s finances, budget, and procurement functions. “I look forward to working with Richonda to ensure Impact is in the strongest possible financial position to achieve our goals,” says O’Donnell. “She is someone who approaches financial management as an opportunity to advance our mission, and we are thrilled to have her on our team.”
