Impact recognizes the importance of safe and stable housing as a fundamental need as people make progress towards prosperity. We recognize the growing need for family housing and shelter services and have refocused housing resources to serve families. Impact currently has developed 75 units of affordable apartments for families, renovated hundreds of rowhomes to maintain affordability, and developed and sold over 50 new construction homes for affordable ownership.

Scattered Site Properties

Along with our large housing facilities, we have several properties along Allegheny Ave. for individuals who are making less than $35,000 per year. We have eight buildings offering either single room occupancies (SROs), studios, or one-bedroom apartments for a total of 30 available units.
